One framework.
Four calibrations.

The same 6-step verification process runs on every deck. What changes is the benchmark set — valuations, dilution norms, investor expectations, and deal flow dynamics differ significantly across geographies.

What if this deal was
in a different market?

Same business model, same team, same traction — but in a different geography. MetaDeal estimates how the success rate would shift based on capital density, regulatory environment, product-market fit, and competitive dynamics per market.

Estimates based on market structure, capital density, regulatory load, and PMF signals. Directional use only — not a guarantee.

Fill in the deal parameters on the left and click "Simulate" to see how the success rate would differ across geographies.

Most seed decks get
read, not analyzed.

Angels and family offices see 200–400 decks per year. The average IC review allocates 4 minutes per deck. Partners rely on gut instinct where rigorous analysis should apply.

Generic AI tools summarize what the deck claims. They don't verify whether those claims are true. A founder can write anything in a deck.

MetaDeal does what a junior analyst should do: verify each claim independently via external sources, score it against your market's sector medians, and tell you whether to invest — with evidence.

Problem 01

"Strategic partner" logos are unverified in 80% of decks. MetaDeal queries each one independently: CONFIRMED / PLAUSIBLE / UNVERIFIED / CONTRADICTED.

Problem 02

Market size figures are inflated 60% of the time vs independent sources. MetaDeal cross-checks every TAM/SAM against current third-party research.

Problem 03

Most tools apply US templates globally. MetaDeal scores against the benchmarks of your market — EU, US, Asia, or MENA.

Six steps. Every deck.
No exceptions.

The MetaDeal verification framework runs the same systematic process on every submission. The calibration adapts to your selected market.

01 / 06

Deck Extraction

Company, stage, raise, team credentials, traction metrics, partner logos, market claims, revenue model, and use of funds are extracted from the PDF.

02 / 06

External Verification

Each claim is cross-checked via independent sources: partners, team credentials, market data from BCG/PitchBook/Crunchbase, on-chain data for crypto/DeFi, press mentions.

03 / 06

Market-Calibrated Scoring

Five dimensions scored against medians for your selected geography. Score of 5 = at median. 7 = above. 9 = top quartile. No more US benchmarks misapplied to EU or MENA deals.

04 / 06

Success Rate Calculation

Baseline varies by market: 2–3% in EU, 5–8% in US, 3–6% in Asia, 4–7% in MENA. Multipliers applied per dimension. A conditional rate with specific, binary conditions is calculated.

05 / 06

Binary Verdict

INVEST / DO NOT INVEST YET / DO NOT INVEST. Backed by evidence. No vague "promising but risky" conclusions that leave you where you started.

Verified partner status

Every logo in the deck is queried independently. CONFIRMED = public announcement found. CONTRADICTED = evidence against the claim.

IC objection simulation

The 5 most likely IC objections, ranked by severity, each with the triggering slide and a prepared response — adapted to your market's investor culture.

Market-specific comparables

Deals that actually raised at this stage in this sector in your geography in the past 24 months. Not global averages — local comps.

Conditional success rates

Common questions from
serious investors.

How does MetaDeal verify partner claims?
For each partner logo in the deck, MetaDeal runs 3 independent queries: (1) does this company exist and is it credible? (2) did they publicly announce this partnership via tweet, press release, or blog? (3) is the startup listed in the partner's public ecosystem map? The result is CONFIRMED, PLAUSIBLE, UNVERIFIED, or CONTRADICTED. This catches unilateral logo usage — the most common form of deck inflation.
What does "market calibration" mean exactly?
Each market has different baseline success rates, valuation norms, dilution expectations, preferred instruments (SAFE vs BSA Air vs equity), and regulatory environments. A €5M EU seed valuation is at the top of the range; a $5M US pre-money is below median. MetaDeal adjusts all benchmarks, regulatory flags, and comparable deals database based on your selected geography so the scoring reflects what's normal in your market — not a US average misapplied globally.
What is the "conditional success rate"?
Every memo includes three rates: the market baseline, the current rate for the deck as submitted, and a conditional rate — the probability if specific conditions are met. These conditions are specific, binary (done or not done), verifiable (investor can check independently), and time-bounded (achievable in 30–60 days).
Is my deck kept confidential?
Yes. Your deck is processed exclusively for your memo and is not stored beyond the analysis window. MetaDeal does not use submitted decks to train models, does not share content with third parties, and does not index company information in any public database. Each submission is treated with NDA-level confidentiality.
Can I analyze a cross-border deal (e.g. EU company targeting US market)?
Yes. In the upload form, select the market where the company is raising (where your IC sits and the benchmark that matters for the round). MetaDeal will note cross-border dynamics in the regulatory flags section and adjust comparables accordingly. You can also request a dual-market memo (e.g. EU raise + US expansion) on the Fund plan.
How is MetaDeal different from generic AI tools?
Generic tools score the deck as presented with US benchmarks. MetaDeal: (1) verifies partner claims via web search; (2) returns CONFIRMED vs UNVERIFIED vs CONTRADICTED per partner; (3) calibrates to your selected market; (4) simulates IC objections with specific triggering slides; (5) provides a conditional success rate with actionable conditions; (6) surfaces real comparable deals from your geography in the last 24 months.
